O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to measure the land situated in S.No.455/4, to an extent of 0.16.20 hectares or 0.40 Acres of land situated at Kottapatti Village, Kaveripattinam Union, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and earmark the boundaries based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2023.

In respect of the land at Survey No.455/4 situated at Kottapatti Village, Kaveripattinam Union, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner made an application to the respondents on 06.01.2023 to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries and in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.

3. Heard Mr.M.Vignesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that, the 2/4

said application of the petitioner would be considered and needful would be undertaken by completing the survey within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.01.2023 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
