Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsels made their statements that amounts have been deposited before the Sub-Court, Cheyyar and a copy of the instructions dated 26.03.2021 given to the concerned learned Special Government Pleader by the Land Acquisitioning Authority has been filed before this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's right to challenge the Award by due process of law may be protected and the Court need not grant any leave to enable any party to protect such rights are legitimately available to him.
3.Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
