ORDER
This petition has been filed for protection, directing the second respondent police to furnish certified copies of entire documents relating to RCS 41 of 2019 to the petitioner/defacto complainant and also immediately submit before the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Vellore.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one Babu @ Margabandhu, who is working as a police constable, threatened the petitioner and his elder daughter Monisha. On 31.05.2015, police constable Babu @
Margabandhu and his friends kidnapped his daughter Monisha and compelled her to marry him and tied tali. On 01.09.2015, the said Babu @ Margabandhu and other accused persons, dropped petitioner's daughter in her residence. On 02.09.2015, at 8.00 a.m., his daughter committed suicide by hanging herself. Immediately, he took her to hospital, the doctor, who examined her declared that she has already died. Thereafter, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent. The second respondent conducted an enquiry and filed a report before the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner filed a complaint with the aforesaid prayer.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.421 of 2015, under Section 174 Cr.P.C. After conducting an enquiry, a closure report was filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, instead of filing the same before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
4. Heard both sides.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to file the closure report before the concerned jurisdictional Court along with all the documents. In the meantime, the second respondent is directed to furnish all the copies relating to RCS 41 of 2019, to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
