Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.7763 of 2020 in C.A.No.491 of 2020 dated 27.1.2020 on condition the petitioner shall appear before the said court on the first working day of English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m till the disposal of the appeal Crl.A.No.491 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.S.SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7763 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.491 of 2020 dated 27.01.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/Police.

3. In the above referred order, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of English Calender month, at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. Now, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without assigning any specific reason, the present petition has been filed seeking to modify the said condition.

4. Now on going through the averments found in the petition filed by the petitioner, no specific reason is assigned for relaxing the earlier order dated 27.01.2021. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
