This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.09.2019.

2. It is seen that after a period of nearly six years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
