Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned orders passed by the second respondent dated 31.01.2019, vide in No.STM/Works/8/0187, No.STM/Works/8/0188 and No.STM/Works/8/0183 and to quash the same.

2.The petitioners have challenged the impugned orders dated 31.01.2019 passed by the second respondent. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that as against the impugned orders passed by the second respondent, the petitioners have preferred appeals in C.M.A.Nos.9 to 13 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu and the same are pending.
3.Since the petitioners have resorted to the appeal remedy before the District Court, we do not find any reason to entertain the above writ petitions.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. The learned Principal District Munsif, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.3801, 7254 and 7255 of 2019 also stand dismissed.
