COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Balamurugan, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents submitted that a regular case in Crime Nos.11, 12, 13 & 15 of 2012 was registered by the CBI on 13.05.2013 and charge sheet was also filed.

Recording the same, these contempt petitions are closed as infructuous.
