This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the judgment dated 06.08.2020 in Crl.A.No.342 of 2017 passed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.04.2021, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit the entire cheque https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.840 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi on or before 20.04.2021. Subsequently, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.04.2021 and 15.06.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time to proceed with the case. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and the first respondent. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 2nd respondent.
5.It is seen from the additional typed set of papers filed by the first respondent that the dispute between the petitioner and the first respondent was settled out of Court and they are not interested to proceed with the case further.
6. In the light of the above facts, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
