ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the appeal and stay application which was given by the petitioners to the 1st Respondent dated 27.01.2026 as expeditious as possible.
2. Appeal has been filed only on 27.01.2026. Therefore, we do not find any special reason to direct the authority to dispose of the appeal by fixing a time limit. However, we would like to direct the authority to dispose of the present appeal as per the seniority and by considering the urgency, if any.
