This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case registered in Crime No.535/2016 on the file of the respondent and to file the charge sheet within a stipulated period

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.535/2016 and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
