The petitioner was arrested on 11.08.2025, on execution of NonBailable Warrant issued by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tikruvallur at Ponneri, for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302 r/w 34 of IPC pending trial in S.C.No.548 of 2024, seeks bail. 1/4

2. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner and this Court had dismissed the second bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23 of 2026 on 06.01.2026 for the following reasons: 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has bad antecedents, and taking into account that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner without any change in circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.30305 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above facts and this is the third bail petition and the earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.23 of 2026 was dismissed by this Court on 06.01.2026 and the petitioner has filed the present petition without any change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to re-visit the earlier orders passed by this Court this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed .
