ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter dated 06.4.2022 to the Registry seeking to list the matter, as the same has become infructuous.

2. Therefore, the matter is listed today and when the case is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and may be dismissed as such. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.
