When the matter was up taken today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner in this case has been arrested and remanded to Judicial custody. He has also produced the Remand Report to that effect.

2. Recording the above submissions, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
