This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1161 of 2023 vide order dated 20.01.2023, the petitioner to report before the learned XVIth Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, instead of the Inspector of Police, NIB CID, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to some medical ailments, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition. He further submits that he is ready to comply the condition and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the said condition is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XVIth Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months and thereafter, report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
