ORDER

When the case was listed on 20.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the case was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 04.01.2023. On 08.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was posted on 23.01.2024 under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.01.2024. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
