PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in para 4(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30331 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 4(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30331 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 4(b) of Crl.O.P.No.30331 of 2024 on 05.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
