This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent police to file a final report within a stipulated period pending in Crime No.17 of 2024 on the file of respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the

materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.17 of 2024, the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.38 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Tambaram.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
