Crl.O.P.No.4290 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.4290 of 2022 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that final report has been filed in this case on 29.03.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, and it is not taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore. Therefore, the Registry is directed to call for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, as to whether the statement made by the investigating officer through learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that final report was filed in this case on 29.03.2022 is correct or not.

2.If the final report was filed on 29.03.2022, learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, is directed to state why the case is not taken on file till date. Report should be submitted on or before 27.03.2023. 3.Post the matter on 27.03.2023.
