O R D E R

This Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to give adequate Police Protection to the Corporation authorities to remove the pavement Vendors in from of the shop of the Petitioners's shop bearing Old No. 115/2, New No. 213/2, Arcot Road, NSK Salai, Vadapalani, Chennai 600 026.

2.It is seen that the prayer itself seeking Police Protection for the Corporation authorities. This is upto the Corporation authorities whethere Police protection is necessary or not. Therefore, this Prayer cannot be considered by this Court.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
