Respondents PRAYER IN W.P.NO.6570 OF 2010:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his letter No.5971/B1/2009 dated 09.12.2009 and quash the same thereby direct the 2nd respondent to take steps to compel the 3rd respondent association under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 to apply for registration under Section 4 of the said Act within a date fixed by this Court failing which the 2nd Respondent may be directed to take action against the 3rd respondent association under Section 46 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975. 25370 OF 2009:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take steps to compel the 2nd respondent association according to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 and apply for registration within a date fixed by this Court, failing which the 1st Respondent may directed to take steps against the 2nd Respondent according to the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act.
