Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties as required by the order of this Honble Court dated 10.01.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.598 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PANNEER SELVAM Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.598 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of ten days time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.598 of 2019. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
