O R D E R

This Court passed an order dated 19.07.2022, directed Dr.P.Alli Rani, present Director, Sardhar Vallabhbhai Patel International Institute of Textiles and Management / first respondent to file an affidavit tendering apology before this Court on or before 25.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed an affidavit of unconditional apology dated 25.08.2022, before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled for a salary from the period 04.03.2013 to 06.06.2014, since he was terminated from service on 03.03.2013.

4. Recording the affidavit of unconditional apology dated 25.08.2022 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
