This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.629 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.13885 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police, once in two months, i.e on alternative first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, till filing of the final report. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.629 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.13885 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
