3) Sekar @ Gnanasekara Gurukkal ..Respondents [R2 impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 02.11.2011 in M.P.No.1 of 2011] Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in letter No.Na.Ka.No.P2/APB/2010, dated 03.03.2010 and in letter No.Na.Ka.No.P2/APB/201, dated 08.03.2010, quash the same as illegal and invalid, and consequently direct the respondent to release the document of power of attorney registered on his file in Document No.P201000002 (Book 4) dated 04.02.2010 to the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the letters of the first respondent dated 03.03.2010 and dated 08.03.2010 and consequently direct the first respondent to release the document of power of attorney registered on his file in Document No.P201000002 (Book 4) dated 04.02.2010 to the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.08.2010 and 22.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that in view of the decree passed by the Civil Court in O.S.No.251 of 1995, dated 13.10.1995, the power of attorney document presented by the petitioner was refused to receive by the first respondent.

4. In the light of the above fact, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
