This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct fresh inquest and also transfer the case to CBCID police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that inquest has been conducted by the RDO and final report has also been filed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that since investigation is over and final report has been filed, no further adjournment is required in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
