This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience to the order passed in W.P.No.13071 of 2011 dated 30.09.2011.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court on 30.09.2011 has been complied with. In support of the said contention, he has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 03.07.2014.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also recording the proceedings dated 03.07.2014, this contempt petition is closed.
