Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties to comply the order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Crl.OP.No.9214 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 23.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.9214 of 2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
