This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to investigate the matter expeditiously as possible and to file the final report in Cr.No.852 of 2015.

2. Today, Ms.J.Regina, Inspector of Police, CCB, Chennai, is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in Cr.No.852 of 2015 is almost complete and sought three months time for filing the necessary report.

Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.852 of 2015 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file either closure report or charge sheet, as the case may, under due intimation to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
