This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction submitted that the case itself was closed as further action dropped on 30.05.2023. That apart, the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant and protest petition was filed in C.M.P.No.1715 of 2023 and the same was also dismissed by the Court below on 26.05.2023.

3. In the light of the above development, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is stands closed.
