CRIME NO.413 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties before the court in pursuance with order dated 18.06.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.8920 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 18.06.2020, made in Crl.O.P.No.8920 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Sittar Koodam, Num Kulandhaigal Illam, 9/24, Arutpa Nagar, Kallikudi, Madurai District, having account at Canara Bank, Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai (A/c.No.974101551807, IFSC No.CNRB0000974 ), within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
