ORDER

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a cheque, in favour of N.Leelavathy and M.Varadhan (petitioners herein), in No.461508, dated 21.04.2025 for a sum of Rs.3,91,754/- drawn on State Bank of India, Chengalpattu and the same was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners for giving the same to the petitioners and the learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to acknowledge receipt of the said cheque to the learned Special Government Pleader and the same be handed over to the petitioners. With these observations, the Contempt Petition is closed. 23.04.2025 cs 2 / 4
