Complainant / Accused PRAYER: Criminal Revision case filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the judgement dated 04.07.2011 passed in S.T.R.No.1009/2010, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2 cum Special Judicial Magistrate Court (Sandalwood Offences) Attur, Salem District and set aside the same and convict the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

ORDER

In view of the amendment made under Section 372 of Cr.P.C and in the light of the judgement of this Court rendered in Crl.A.(MD).Nos.130 of 2010 etc., batch, dated 14.11.2016, this criminal revision case is transferred to Principal District Judge, Salem.

2. The Registry is directed to transmit all the papers relating to this criminal revision case to the learned Principal District Judge, Salem. On receipt of the records, the Principal District Judge, Salem, shall take the case on file and dispose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after due notice to the parties. Both the parties are directed to appear before the aforesaid Court, on receipt of the summons. 3.With the above observation, the Criminal Revision case is disposed of.
