(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 341, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.63 of 2021 on the file of respondent police and now, he has filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
