Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with Govt. order No.57 School Education (Higher Secondary) Department, dated 13.02.09 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as it has not regularised the petitioner's service from the date of his appointment in the post of P.G.Teacher viz., 23.8.1991 and further direct the first respondent to issue orders regularizing the petitioner's services from the date of his appointment in the post of P.G. Teacher i.e., from 23.08.1991 afternoon.
