ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Encroachment is alleged on Survey No.175/2 situated in Ammampalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

3. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that within two months the encroachment on the subject property would be removed.

4. The said statement of learned Government Advocate is accepted and the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
