Both the learned counsel fairly submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by a decision of rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD) No.174 of 2013, dated 29.09.2016 in the case of "State of Tamil Nadu Vs. M/s.Taher Ali Industries & Projects (P) Ltd., Thanjavur - 613 007".
2. In the light of the above, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate order following the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the above case within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
