The instant writ petition is filed against the proceedings Na.Ka.No.24820/2008/K2/dt.13.06.2008 passed by the District Harijan Welfare Officer, District Harijan Welfare Office, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nagapattinam and to direct the District Harijan Welfare Officer, District Harijan Welfare Office, Nagapattinam, to appoint the petitioner in a correct place with effect from petitioners date of joining of 17.09.2007.

2. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 06.09.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 09.09.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 09.09.2019, in the first round as well as in the second round, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.
