2. Heard Mr.Lekha Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the fact that the counsel appearing for the respondent has not objected for the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
