O R D E R
The petitioners/accused seek a direction for disposal of their bail petition on the same day by the learned Special Judge, under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act(Principal Sessions Judge) Dharmapuri. 2.
Petitioners are accused of having committed offences under Sections 323, 307 of IPC and and 3(1)(wi), 3(1)(r)(s) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment or Ordinance Act, 2014 in Crime No. 246 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.
3. There is allegation of commission of offence under the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Section 18 of the Act is a bar to grant anticipatory bail.
4. In the facts and circumstances, the petition is ordered as under: (i) The petitioners shall surrender before the learned Special Judge, under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act(Principal Sessions Judge) Dharmapuri within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
