The petitioner wife has filed the above transfer C.M.P seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Uthagamandalam, to the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 1/5

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection for H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2024 to be transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.Considering the fact that the respondent has no objection, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Uthagamandalam and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
