ORDER
This Court by order dated 05.06.2024 has disposed of the Writ Petition in W.P.Nos.30376 of 2014 similar to the issue involved in this writ petition, in the light of the order of the Madurai Bench of this Court passed in the batch of writ petitions in W.P.(MD).No.16379 of of 2014 etc., dated 08.12.2020. 2/5
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the same lines granting the liberty as provided in paragraphs 17 and 19 of the order in W.P.(MD).No.16379 of of 2014 etc which reads as follows: "17.Thus, any of the petitioners are aggrieved on account of the fact that their juniors are getting more pay, then they are liberty to approach the competent authority for the purpose of enhancement of their pay on par with their juniors.
19. It is made clear that if any of the petitioners are already retired from service and is a pensioner, then, recovery cannot be imposed from their pension or pensionary benefits.".
There shall be no order as to costs.
