This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice and name also printed in cause list, none appeared on behalf of the sole respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
