Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to publish the results for the examination held on 23.09.2010 for the post of Assistant Grade - III (Gen/Typist) as per his representation dated 10.10.2011 and dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent submitted that, examination results have already been published and candidates https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have been selected and promoted. Hence, according to the learned counsel, the relief sought for by the Petitioner seeking to consider his representation dated 10.10.2011 is not going to serve any purpose, after nine years.

Recording the said submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, when examination results have already been published and successful candidates have been selected and recruited, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
