This petition has been filed to set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Thiruvallur District at Thiruvallur made in S.T.C.No.7 of 2016 on 17.03.2016, insisting the petitioners to furnish sureties for Rs.25000/- each during 1st questioning and production of sureties on 22.03.2016.
