This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.66051/2011/EE2.1, dated 05.02.2021 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to appoint the post of overseers / JDO's through Employment Exchange in a transparent manner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent is not inclined to proceed with the impugned proceedings and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
