Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Corporation to pay and settle the Interest for the belated transmission of amount of loan installments recovered from the salaries of the employees of the respondent corporation/members of the petitioner society in respect of the period from April, 2002 to January 2010 works out to Rs.72,05,801/- within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.
