When the writ petition was called on 2.3.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the writ petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 3.3.2020. Even today, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.39256 of 2005 is also dismissed.
