Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to take any coercive steps to take possession of the petitioner property comprising of Industrial Land and Building situated at i) S.F.No.278/3 p. Hectare 1.57.5 or 3.89 acres, in the middle portion 1.48 acres & ii) S.F.No.279/1 p. Hectare 0.50.0 or P.Acre 1.24 in this middle portion P. Acre 0.49 situated in Malumichampatti Village, Coimbatore South Taluk, Coimbatore District till the disposal of the S.A.No.273 of 2020 pending on the file of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he filed a memo dated 24.02.2021 to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
