ORDER

The petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of the proceedings in OS.No.155 of 2016 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai. The plaintiffs in the suit have filed this revision seeking early disposal. The plaintiffs are minors who are represented by their mother and the suit has been filed seeking maintenance of Rs.25,000/- per month to the plaintiffs from the defendant and for a permanent injunction restraining defendant from interfering A, B and C Schedule properties.

2. The certified copy of the B diary extracts would show that the matter has been pending for the cross examination of PW1 since 14.10.2022, when interlocutory application was allowed. 2/5

3. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Sub Judge, Tiruvannamalai is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
