Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Raameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondent.

2.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The petitioner seeks for a direction to consider her representation dated 11.03.2016, in which the petitioner claims that if the transformer is erected in the proposed area, it would affect her ingress and egress to the property and the location proposed is nearby school, which may pose danger to the school going children.

4.Firstly, in the writ petition, no other document has been filed in the typed set to show as to how the petitioner would be affected. In any event, it is for the respondent to take into consideration all aspects of the matter before finalizing the location for erection of transformer. Normally, it is the stand taken by the respondent Board that the transformer would be erected at the road centre. These aspects of the matter shall be taken into consideration by the respondent while erecting the transformer in question. 5.With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
